Rajasthan HC quashes Shilpa's FIR in 2013 interview case

The Rajasthan High Court has dismissed an FIR against actress Shilpa Shetty, filed for allegedly using a casteist slur during a 2013 TV interview. The court agreed with Shetty's lawyer, Prashant Patil, that the FIR was lodged years after the interview and invoked laws that weren't in effect at the time.
