Mahindra Lifespaces, Sumitomo Corp extend industrial clusters partnership

Mahindra Lifespace Developers and Sumitomo Corporation have strengthened their partnership by infusing ₹225 crore into their industrial park venture in Tamil Nadu. This expansion aims to acquire and develop land for an advanced industrial ecosystem, building upon their existing 307-acre park that already houses various companies.
