Trump picks retired Lt. Gen. Keith Kellog, former Pence security adviser, as Ukraine war point man

President-elect Donald Trump on Wednesday picked former Vice President Mike Pence's national security adviser, retired Army Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg, to serve as his special envoy to Ukraine and Russia, likely to be a critical foreign policy post as the new administration builds its national security team.
