Institutional investments in real estate increased by 45 per cent to almost USD 1.15 billion in July-September, driven by strong demand for premium homes and offices. Office segment investments saw significant growth, while residential segment investments also rose. Industrial and warehousing investments fell, and no funding was received by alternate assets.
