Pakistan Cricket Board could appoint separate captains in all three formats

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is considering separate captains for ODI, T20I, and Test formats due to a demanding schedule. Babar Azam has resigned from ODI captaincy to focus on his batting. Muhammad Rizwan is a strong candidate, but managing his workload is a concern, with Shadab Khan, Saim Ayub, Shan Masood, and Shaheen Afridi also under consideration.
