Suspected Marburg virus case in Germany traced back to Africa

A medical student and his girlfriend were taken to a specialist clinic for tests after showing flu-like symptoms on a train in Hamburg. They had returned from Rwanda, which is experiencing a Marburg virus outbreak. The station's platform was closed briefly. Marburg virus can cause severe hemorrhagic fever and is highly lethal.
