Willmar Shooting: Suspect Arrested After Carjacking And Gunshots In Kandiyohi County

A suspect has been taken into custody following a carjacking, two gunshots, and gunfire that began in Minneapolis early this afternoon, according to MNCRIME.COM. The suspect fled a stolen car on foot and allegedly shot another driver in the head before being apprehended at around 2:35 p.m. near Highway 23 and Highway 71 in Willmar.
