No lantern kites near Delhi airport on Diwali as civil aviation ministry issues advisory

The Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) has banned lantern kites and hot air balloons within a two-kilometer radius of Indira Gandhi International Airport due to Diwali festivities. Delhi police will enforce the ban from October 21 to December 19 to mitigate risks to aircraft and passengers.
