Manthani hostel incident: Two arrested in Telangana for photographing Class X girl without consent

A female hostel worker and a man were arrested in Manthani, Peddapalli district, for taking a photograph of a Class X girl without consent. Police are searching for a third person involved. The girl's mother complained, alleging the cook offered a ritual for money in exchange.
