New police help centres opened at Thane's Kopar and Thakurli stations to enhance women's safety

Two Police Help Centres have been inaugurated at Kopar and Thakurli Railway Stations under the jurisdiction of Dombivli GRP to enhance women's safety and curb rising crime rates. Public Works Minister Ravindra Chavan inaugurated these centres, which will provide round-the-clock assistance to passengers, addressing previous difficulties in lodging complaints.
