Zoomcar cofounder Moran files plaint against firm over unpaid dues

Greg Moran, co-founder of Zoomcar, has filed a lawsuit against Zoomcar India and other entities after being dismissed as CEO. Moran claims he was pressured to relinquish employment rights and is owed over $238,000 in compensation. He also alleges he was denied the immediate vesting of his 8% stake in Zoomcar India, valued at approximately 16 million shares.
