Noida man arrested for strangling live-in partner to death

Anand Kumar, a 46-year-old man, has been arrested in Noida for allegedly strangulating his live-in partner, Prema, with a dupatta. Kumar, who was already married, confessed to the crime following a dispute over living arrangements. The police registered a case and are continuing their investigation.
