Annual Life Certificate: What is the last date to submit Jeevan Pramaan to continue receiving pension

The government has permitted seniors in the age category of 80 years and above to file an Annual Life Certificate from October 1, instead of November 1 every year, to give an extra special window to very senior pensioners.
