World Bank considering 27 of 30 suggestions on MDBs by G20 Independent Expert Group: FM Nirmala Sitharaman

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman expressed appreciation for the World Bank as it is considering 27 out of 30 G20 recommendations to strengthen multilateral development banks. These recommendations aim to fight extreme poverty, promote shared prosperity, and support global public goods. The discussion took place with Nick Stern during the G20 India Presidency meeting.
