Hurricane Milton is heading towards Florida and is expected to strike Tampa and St. Petersburg with a never-before-seen impact. Till date, Tampa has usually avoided direct impact of several major storms but what happens when a 'catastrophic Category 5' storm makes landfall in Florida?
