Survey: 90% Indian CEOs Wish To Link Rewards With In-Office Attendance; Will It Prove To Be A Successful Bait?

As per a KPMG survey, 90% Indian CEOs and 87% CEOs globally wish to call professionals back to office. They are even ready to pay them incentives in the form of promotions, salary hikes and better assignments. Is this a good enough bait for professionals out there to agree to the return-to-office mandate in future?
