SC reserves verdict on plea against NCLAT order transferring Jet Airways to winning bidder

The Supreme Court reserved its decision on an appeal by SBI and other creditors against NCLAT's approval to transfer Jet Airways ownership to Jalan Kalrock Consortium. Jet Airways aims to relaunch operations in 2024 after undergoing insolvency since 2019. The consortium completed a Rs 350 crore financial commitment as per the court-approved resolution plan.
