India-China border pact: What have the 2 sides agreed upon? What changes now, what doesn't?

After four years of negotiations, India and China have finally signed a border deal on disengagement at the Line of Actual Control. The pact will now allow for patrolling rights in Depsang Plains and Demchok, with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar saying the ‘situation will go back to as it was before the Galwan clash of 2020’. But does this mean a complete thaw in ties between New Delhi and Beijing?
