TRAI seeks comments from stakeholders on authorisation for telecom and cloud-based networks

Trai has released a consultation paper seeking stakeholder comments on authorisation for telecommunications, satellite, or cloud-hosted networks, under the Telecommunications Act, 2023. The paper addresses the shift from a licensing to an authorisation regime and invites feedback by November 12.
