Shares of ITD Cementation will be closely watched as the Adani Group plans to acquire nearly a 73% stake for about Rs 5,759 crore. Renew Exim DMCC, a wholly owned offshore entity of the Adani promoter family, has agreed to acquire a 46.64% stake from ItalianThai Development Public Co. at Rs 400 per share, totaling Rs 3,204 crore.
