South Korea was hit by its heaviest November snowstorm in over five decades on Wednesday, blanketing Seoul with up to 20 centimeters of snow. This unprecedented snowfall caused widespread travel disruptions, grounding flights, halting ferries, and closing hiking trails. The storm impacted central, eastern, and southwestern regions, with accumulations reaching 23 centimeters.
