In just a few hours, the news of Constable Kulwinder Kaur – the woman who slapped Kangana Ranaut at Chandigarh Airport soon after the Bollywood star won her Lok Sabha Election from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh – being reinstated to her job and transferred to Bengaluru spread like wildfire on Twitter. Multiple accounts posted the news saying that Kulwinder Kaur, who was suspended after the Kangana Ranaut Slapgate, has been reinstated. One account on X (formerly Twitter) called Mahua Moitra Fans wrote, “BIG BREAKING: Kulwinder Kaur, a CISF personnel, who had slapped Kangana Ranaut at Chandigarh Airport, has been transferred to Bangalore Airport. Following the frisking process, the altercation escalated, leading to Kaur slapping Ranaut. Kaur later explained that she was provoked by derogatory remarks Ranaut had made about Punjabi women during the farmers' agitation against the three farm laws. Despite the incident, Ranaut boarded her flight as scheduled.
