Cyient DLM to acquire US-based EMS player Altek Electronics for $29m

Cyient DLM is acquiring US-based Altek Electronics for $29.2 million to expand its North American market presence. The acquisition will enhance Cyient's manufacturing capabilities, especially in the medical, healthcare, and industrial sectors, and add valuable clients, including Fortune 500 companies. It will also boost their manufacturing area by 80,000 square feet.
