Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) has announced the creation of a new fully-owned subsidiary called Adani Energy Solutions Global Limited. AESL owns 100 per cent of this new investment holding company. With its new global subsidiary, AESL aims to expand its footprint in transmission projects beyond India, seeking fresh opportunities in international markets.
