Jharkhand election date 2024: Voting in two phase on November 13 and 20; results on November 23

The Election Commission has announced the dates for Jharkhand assembly elections, with the model code of conduct now in effect. The JMM-Congress alliance, led by Hemant Soren, will contest against the BJP. Jharkhand has 2.59 crore voters, with 1.28 crore women. The current assembly term ends on January 5, 2025.
