No party post to accused in Gauri Lankesh murder case: Shinde-led Sena

The Shiv Sena, led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, has halted the appointment of Shrikant Pangarkar, accused in the 2017 Gauri Lankesh murder case, to any party post in Jalna district. Pangarkar rejoined the party ahead of the Maharashtra assembly elections. Discussions regarding seat-sharing in the ruling alliance are ongoing for the upcoming polls.
