Passengers on the Vasco-da-Gama Weekly Express were recently alarmed when a live snake was discovered in an AC 2-tier coach. Videos shared on social media showed the snake slithering near the curtains of a lower berth, prompting urgent pleas for action from concerned passengers. Ankita Kumar Sinha, whose parents were on the train, tagged Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw in his post, emphasizing the seriousness of the situation. The Indian Railways responded promptly, acknowledging the complaint and escalating the matter to the relevant authorities.
