Congress leader Jairam Ramesh has questioned the slow updates on the Election Commission website during the counting of votes for Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections. "Like the Lok Sabha elections, in Haryana, we are again witnessing slowing down of uploading up-to- date trends on the ECI website.
