Not easy to come to any kind of settlement: Navy Vice Chief on India-China talks breakthrough

Navy Vice Chief Vice Admiral Krishna Swaminathan expressed contentment over the recent agreement between India and China on patrolling along the LAC in eastern Ladakh.
