Saket Gokhale asked by Delhi HC to pay Rs 50 lakh damages to Laxmi Puri in defamation case

The Delhi High Court ordered AITMC MP Saket Gokhale to pay Rs 50 lakh in damages and issue a public apology to former UN Assistant Secretary-General Lakshmi Puri for defamatory tweets. The apology must be published in the Times of India and on Gokhale's Twitter, where it should remain for six months.
